If you’re experiencing the school holiday daze of staying in pyjamas all day and screen time, but would rather be out experiencing life with your crew, then we’ve got you covered with what’s going on in Melbourne these September holidays.
Below are 5 great, (almost) free and friendly activities for you and your little humans. Why don’t you try them all?!
If your babes love to play with all. the. toys, then this may be right up their ally. The Melbourne Community Toy Library will be creating a free pop-up play session at the Carlton Community Grocer. Let the kids experience new toys, and do none of the tiding up… bliss!
If you have an artist in the making, then ArtPlay could be just for them. Their sessions are free and they provide all the materials. Sounds perfect to me!
If you have a budding horticulturalist, who can’t get enough of all things nature and outdoors, then The Royal Botanic Gardens may be just the environment they need. Free exploring for your little explorer!
If your little people are into The Graffalo, (book week anyone??), then this may be the adventure they are after. Adult-friendly kid screening on sale now at The Athenaeum Theatre.
If you have a mini ninja warrior, this obstacle course may be test their skills need, whilst giving them a taste of the real thing. Let them have a go at today.
So let the little ones explore while you sip your latte (we know, coffee, you’re welcome!).
